What is the Delivery Fee?
Delivery fees are based on distance travelled and how many items rented. The price includes gas and time for setup / break down. Delivery fees in the Raleigh area range from $65 - $300. Outside of the immediate Raleigh area starts at $100 and for large orders start at $150.
What are the pickup and drop off times?
We are flexible! If your venue requires set drop off and pickups, we are happy to accommodate. Otherwise, we prefer to drop off the day before the event or after any tent drop offs if having a backyard wedding.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit in order to book. If the event is canceled 6 weeks before the event date, the full deposit paid to Vendor will be returned. If the event is canceled afterwards, deposits are non-refundable. If the event is postponed, services contracted can be applied to a new date if available.
Is there a Rental Agreement?
Yes, a rental agreement and a deposit is required in order to secure the date and services. Please view our Sample Agreement and let us know if you have any questions!
Do you deliver outside of Raleigh?
Yes, we can deliver as far as Wilmington, Asheville, and Charlotte! Please keep in mind the delivery fees will be higher due to the 2 hour drive from the Rolesville area where we are based.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Checks, Cash and Credit Cards. At this time, we do not Apple Pay. If there is another form of payment you would like to use not listed, please feel free to ask!
